Osun APC Leaders Relocate to Abuja

Leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, have vacated their homes and relocate to Abuja amidst shame of admitting failure of their administration that was sacked at the poll by people of Osun State.

This reporter found that the leaders of the opposition party abandoned the state for fear of being confronted with the massive Infrastructural upgrade that is being delivered by Senator Ademola Adeleke since he assumed office on September 27, 2022.

One of the leaders of the earstwhile ruling party who spoke on the condition of anonymity said they could not believe what they are seeing.

"From Osogbo to Ilesa, Ile-Ife to Iwo and other towns in the state, you will see one construction work or the other going on". The prominent politician said.

He regretted that what their party failed to do in four years is what the PDP administration is doing like a child's play.

According to him, some of the other political bigwigs in Osun APC relocated to the FCT to curry favour from former Governor Gboyega Oyetola while others are looking for contracts.

"I don't know what we will use to campaign for votes in the next governorship election in 2026. Our legacy project was the flat over at Olaiya that we described as monumental but Adeleke has erased that record with the ongoing flyovers in Oke-fia, Lameco roundabout, Ile-Ife and the several roads he's doing".

To politician lamented that their leaders of the party has never learned from their mistakes in the handling of the upcoming local government election in the state. "you won't believe that our leaders threw away the decision of the committee saddled with the responsibility of screening candidates and imposed unpopular  candidates on the party". He lamented.
