‎The Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Senator Lere Oyewumi, has extended warm felicitations to Christians across Osun West Senatorial District, Osun State, Nigeria, and the global Christian community on the occasion of Palm Sunday.

‎Senator Oyewumi urged the faithful to reflect deeply on the virtues of humility, love, sacrifice, and service, as exemplified by the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem a significant event that marks the beginning of the Holy Week.

‎Palm Sunday, he noted, is a moment of both celebration and solemn reflection, reminding believers of the enduring values of peace, compassion, and unwavering faith.
